All orders are shipped USPS Ground as the shipping method within the United States.

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

Orders will usually ship within 2 to 3 business days of when the order is placed.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

We require a $19 intercept fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to the customer’s error.

We will process all frozen and refrigerated orders only Monday or Tuesday.

Orders of frozen or refrigerated product will ship within 1-2 weeks.

We reserve the right to make logical decisions regarding ship date based on weather conditions to ensure frozen and refrigerated orders arrive in the best condition possible.

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.
